Starters

Homemade Yorkshire pudding with rich onion gravy.

Smoked red pepper and tomato soup,
infused with basil and served with warm ciabatta.

Chicken liver pate served with
spiced onion marmalade and ciabatta thins.

Mozzarella and tomato salad, mixed leaves
with a pesto and balsamic dressing.

Mains

Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.

Traditional local roast turkey served
with all the trimmings and roasting gravy.

Slow roasted local pork belly with a chorizo and
apple glaze served with homemade pork crackling.

Vegetarian cannelloni – pasta tubes filled with fresh ricotta and
spinach baked in chefs tomato sauce topped with melted cheese.

Poached salmon fillet, served with
a creamy white wine lemon and herb velouté.

Ribeye steak, served with homemade chips.

Lemon polenta cake, served with
sweet spiced orange and whipped cream.

Christmas pudding served with homemade brandy sauce.

White chocolate and Irish liqueur panna cotta
served with a drizzle of berry compote.

The balance to be paid three weeks before party date.
